Viola has, in over a decade, developed her own personal style of yoga. She takes inspiration from Hatha, Iyenga, Astangha and Yin, along with the various other teachers she has studied with in Australia and Denmark.
Through her teachings, Viola encourages students to raise their awareness by practising body scanning – getting a sense of how to create balance in the body by focusing on alignment.
